Do you exchange and/or refund?

Wherever possible we will offer an exchange, however due to the fact that for the majority of products we only order limited spares in addition to what our members order, it won’t always be possible for us to have the size or style you’re after in stock.  We will happily exchange, refund or store credit any undamaged item(s) less delivery fee if they are returned to us within 30 days of making your purchase.

I received my order, but items are missing or I got the wrong colour/size/style/product …

Sorry! Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll jump straight onto it for you. We'll work hard to get you the correct product as soon as possible and cover the postage of the incorrect item back to us. If what you originally ordered is no longer available, we'll refund you of course.

I received my order, but an item is damaged or faulty…

Oh no! Even though we wrap your lovely things very carefully, sometimes accidents do happen in transit. Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible for you by either refunding the product or replacing it.
